HAMPTON, VA — December 12, 2023 — The New Horizons Regional Education Centers
(NHREC) Board of Trustees will conduct its monthly meeting on Wednesday, December 13, 2023. The meeting will be held at the Woodside Lane Campus, Building A, CTE Campus
(13400 Woodside Lane, Newport News, VA).
The Board of Trustees meeting agenda includes the annual Center for Apprenticeship and Adult Training Presentation, Human Resources Report and Updates, FY 2024 Compensation Plan Update, FY 2025 Budget Development Timeline and Final Read and Approval of the SY 2024-2025 Program of Studies for Career and Technical Education and the Governor’s School for Science and Technology.
Public comment is welcome. Individuals may submit comments to be presented to the board, or they may appear in person. In-person are encouraged to prepare their remarks to fit within a 3-minute limit. Speakers are welcome to provide copies of their written statements that can be distributed to the board members.
