  New Horizons follows Newport News Public Schools for full-day school closings; however, all Peninsula school divisions will be considered in making decisions regarding delayed openings or early release.
  
  Inclement weather decisions for all adult programs will be made through the Center for Apprenticeship and Adult Training.
