I received my Masters Degree in Education from George Washington University, Washington, D.C. and have twenty years of experience in education. I am currently enrolled at Walden University in the Masters of Nursing in Education program to graduate August 2008. I enjoy traveling, reading, working in my church ministries and playing with my dog.

Adjunct Instructor
LPN Program

As a part-time faculty in the evening LPN program, I have enjoyed sharing educational experiences with our students for the past four years.  My nursing education includes a BSN from the University of Buffalo (NY) and a MSN from Vanderbilt University (TN) and clinical experiences spanning 20+ years in a variety of settings. Niagara Community College, Vanderbilt University and UVA were facilities where I taught as an instructor/adjunct faculty. I believe that being a well prepared, caring, inquisitive nurse with a sense of humor adds much to the healing process for both the patient and the nurse.
