The School of Practical Nursing Articulation Agreements:

We articulate with the following postsecondary RN training programs that offer a  LPN to RN program for our graduates. Upon completion of your college prerequisites, you are eligible to apply for admission into their LPN to RN bridge programs. Each facility awards advanced credit toward your Associate Degree in Nursing.
