Transition Services

New Horizons Regional Education Centers offer an array of Transition Services to meet the needs of students who will be transitioning into the workforce or into community agencies after high school.  These services are mostly intended for special education students and are designed to assist students in developing appropriate career goals, work habits and on-the-job skills.  The services are as follows:
